The first step is a meeting with you to find out what your goals are, if you have any ideas on how you would like to meet those goals, and if you have any preferences for the general appearance, layout, and theme of the page. We would then discuss some ideas we may have and decide on a general direction and a sketch of what your page will look like. You will leave with a list of items and information we will need to develop the site, such as pictures, logos, product information, description of facilities, etc.

During development of your site, the progress will always be visible to you. You can watch at a special web address we will give you. A copy of the project will be put at this address every few hours while we are working on it.

As the project nears completion, we will be in contact with you about final details and testing of any interactive features. If it is a complicated interactive site, such as picking up orders from a store, we will also show you how to use it.

Once your site is fully tested, it will be ready to "Go Live" when your business plan calls for it.
